Passport Renewal & Special Power of Attorney
• Unfortunately the Mission of Palestine in Ireland cannot renew your passport.
• All passports must be sent to Palestine for renewal.
• This process can take a month.
If you would like to renew your passport, it is compulsory that you make an appointment. You can make an appointment by calling the Consular Section on telephone 01 210 3515.
Please note that fees for the renewal of your passport are Euro 50 for each passport in addition to a postal services fee.
Credit cards or cheques are not possible as payment methods. Only cash or 'postal money order' is accepted.
Special Power of Attorney Instructions:
• Complete the SPoA Form (click here - PDF File)
• Sign the documents in front of Notary Public
• Send 4 pictures with blue color background
• Send money order of €30.00 payable to the Mission of Palestine
• Include a prepaid return envelope with your address (N.B. To insure speedy delivery include a prepaid express mail envelope with your address and stamps).
• Include your address, telephone number, fax and e-mail if available.
• Mail to the following address:

General Power of Attorney
• These instructions apply to general powers of attorney and powers of attorney involving real-estate or land.
• Powers of attorney must be signed in front of a notary public
• The power of attorney can be ether in Arabic or English
• The power of attorney must then be authenticated from Irish Department of Foreign Affairs
• Send €30.00 money order made out to the General Delegation of Palestine .
• Send a photo-copy of your passport
•Include a return envelope with your address (N.B. To insure speedy delivery include express mail envelope with your address and stamps).
• Include your address, telephone number, fax and e-mail if available.
• Mail to the following address:
